By converting the loft, we were able to add two double bedrooms and a single bedroom to this bungalow as well as a bathroom complete with bath, shower enclosure, sink and toilet, a spacious landing with skylight and boarded out eaves space ready for storage. What’s more this was all achieved without the need for planning permission.

We worked with the client to tailor the design to their likes and needs adding low cost, high impact design features such as the bare brick wall in the master bedroom and the large skylight on the landing. We created a stylish space to better accommodate their growing family and all at a budget that suited them.
